Mr. Carter obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and his law degree from Mercer University School of Law in Georgia. He also clerked for a Law firm in London, England where he assisted in a 4 month murder trial with one of the top barristers in London.
Nathan Carter has also achieved the highest rating, an "AV Rating", from Martindale-Hubbell, the most respected national legal ratings service.
Mr. Carter has handled a wide variety of complex personal injury litigation and has a significant amount of jury trial experience. He is a nationally invited lecturer on trial practice and is recognized as one of the nation's most knowledgeable Nursing Home attorneys.
