Hundreds of firefighters and first responders continue to battle the 150,000-acre West Mims wildfire in and around the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge. To support those who are working around the clock to contain the fire and keep residents safe, Harrell & Harrell P.A. is hosting a supply donation drive at two of our office locations.
Your donations will go directly to the firefighters and first responders and will be delivered to a local fire station in the Southeast Georgia area.
How you can help.
These are the items most needed by the first responder teams:
- Bottled water
- Gatorade
- Powdered drink mixes
- Baby wipes
- Saline spray
- Eye drops
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
- Non-perishable snacks, such as beef jerky, cheese sticks, peanut butter crackers
- Bandanas
- Large paper towels
- Ice coolers
- Hand sanitizer
- Lightweight work gloves
- Boot socks
