JULISSA ALI

Julissa Ali is a trial attorney at Harrell & Harrell, P.A., where she is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals and families harmed by negligence. She focuses her practice on personal injury litigation, drawing on her deep understanding of accident investigations, injury evaluations, and settlement strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients. Before entering private practice, Julissa spent nearly two decades working within the insurance industry, an experience that now gives her valuable insight into how insurers evaluate and defend claims. This perspective allows her to anticipate their tactics and advocate more effectively for her clients.

Julissa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University in 2014. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2018, graduating magna cum laude and ranking in the top 2% of her class—all while working full-time and raising a family.

She is admitted to practice law in Florida and is an active member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, Jacksonville Justice Association and the Chester Bedell American Inn of Court.

Julissa joined Harrell & Harrell in 2018, driven by her passion for helping the injured and her commitment to protecting the rights of those navigating some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

Outside the courtroom, Julissa is dedicated to her community. She co-leads a local running group, serves at her church, hosting book clubs, and enjoys staying active with her Weimaraner, Titus. In her free time, she loves quilting, spending time with her husband and their two children, and traveling.
