Renee Daigle Harrell is the President of Harrell & Harrell and has devoted her entire career to standing up for the injured. For 30 years, she has represented crash victims and families facing life-changing losses, earning significant multi-million-dollar results in car crash, tractor-trailer, and wrongful death cases.
Raised in Green Cove Springs, Renee credits her small-town upbringing and her place as the youngest of six for shaping her belief that we all share a responsibility to look out for one another. That perspective has guided every part of her work as a trial lawyer, as a leader, and as the widow of William Harrell, founder of the firm and Senior Partner. Even as she leads the firm today, she continues to personally represent some of our most seriously injured clients because helping people is, and always has been, her driving purpose.
Renee was named an Ultimate Attorney by the Jacksonville Business Journal in 2017, an honor given to lawyers who elevate the profession and strengthen the city’s business community. The recognition is particularly meaningful because it is based on nominations from peers throughout the legal field.
Deeply committed to service, Renee has long supported organizations that expand access to justice and improve the well-being of vulnerable residents. She is the former President of Jacksonville Area Legal Aid’s Board of
Directors and continues to serve on the JALA Foundation Board. She has also served on the Steering Committee for the Northeast Florida Medical Legal Partnership, which brings physicians and attorneys together to help low-income patients resolve legal issues that affect their health and stability.
Renee’s dedication to hard work began early. She was the Salutatorian of her high school class at Clay High, earned a Congressional Appointment to the United States Military Academy, graduated with High Honors from the University of Florida, and earned her law degree with Honors from the University of Florida College of Law.
She is a member of the Florida Bar, Jacksonville Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and Jacksonville Justice Association. She has also been an Eagle member of the Florida Justice Association since 2001, supporting its mission to protect the civil justice system and the rights of Florida families.
I take every case personally. My clients deserve fairness, compassion, and a recovery that puts them first.
